Dedicated Agri Export Cell

The promise was to establish a dedicated Agri Export Cell. Uttarakhand Export Policy 2021 provides for a dedicated Agri Export Cell in the Export Promotion Cell at the Directorate of Industries, headed by the Export Commissioner and coordinating with APEDA. PIB later reported active export-promotion work in Dehradun, including Uttarakhand government participation, agriculture and processed-food export discussions, MoUs, and APEDA-led GAP certification for over 350 farmers. This is strong supporting evidence for the export-promotion ecosystem, but I did not find a separate post-2022 notification or page proving the Agri Export Cell is operational as a distinct office. Budget status: no cell-specific allocation found.
