“We will expedite the construction of the Centre of Excellence for Himalayan Fibres at Almora.”
Business Standard reported in 2019 that the state had decided to set up a Himalayan Fibre Centre of Excellence in Almora with NITRA support. But the manifesto promised expediting construction after 2022, and I did not find approved-source evidence of construction progress or completion after the manifesto. Budget status: earlier project decision exists, no post-2022 construction allocation verified.
