AIIMS Rishikesh lists prenatal genetic investigations and a Medical Genetics Division under Pediatrics, and its Biochemistry department describes newborn and prenatal screening lab activity. That partly matches the diagnostic and prenatal-screening intent. But I did not verify a newly established state Centre for Genetics and Health in Rishikesh after the 2022 manifesto. This is partial, not fulfilled. Budget status: no centre-specific allocation found.
