APEDA's official Who's Who lists RO Varanasi and Uttarakhand, located at Varanasi, as handling Uttarakhand and export facilitation of FPOs. PIB also shows APEDA activity in Uttarakhand. However, I found no approved-source evidence of a separate APEDA state-level office physically established in Uttarakhand. Budget status: no state-office allocation found.
