Agriculture clinics for soil testing

The promise was to set up agriculture clinics across the state for soil testing and timely farmer guidance. Uttarakhand Agriculture Department lists Soil Health Management and Soil Testing, including free soil health cards, soil analysis parameters, and guidance on using fertilisers and soil improvers. That partially delivers the soil-testing and advisory intent. But I did not verify a statewide network of newly established agriculture clinics after 2022. Budget status: soil testing programme exists, but no agriculture-clinic-specific allocation found.
