Partly delivered. Town Vending Committees and vending zones are part of the urban street-vendor governance framework, and Uttar Pradesh cities participate in PM SVANidhi and street-vendor schemes. However, clear evidence confirming committees and new vending zones in all cities was not found. Marked partial.
We will build auto-rickshaw stands and parking places with charging-point facilities for e-rickshaws and electric vehicles in all cities.
We will ensure bus facility in all villages through 2,000 new buses.
We will develop ropeway services in Varanasi, Mirzapur and Chitrakoot.
