Partly delivered. Metro and rapid transit work has progressed in parts of Uttar Pradesh, including Meerut RRTS/Namo Bharat corridor work, but clear implementation across all six listed cities is not verified. Marked partial.
We will build auto-rickshaw stands and parking places with charging-point facilities for e-rickshaws and electric vehicles in all cities.
We will establish Town Vending Committees in all cities and create new vending zones.
We will ensure bus facility in all villages through 2,000 new buses.
