Under the New Sports Policy 2023 and the One District One Sport drive, Uttar Pradesh is building district stadiums, block-level mini-stadiums, sports colleges (now five, with more under construction) and the Major Dhyan Chand Sports University in Meerut. The branded 'Major Dhyan Chand Sports Infra Mission' is not separately named, but the sports-infrastructure expansion it describes is under way. Marked partial.
We will build auto-rickshaw stands and parking places with charging-point facilities for e-rickshaws and electric vehicles in all cities.
