Partly delivered. The New Sports Policy 2023 provides for open gyms and playing fields in rural areas, and the government has been acquiring land and developing playgrounds and open gyms in gram panchayats — but coverage of all panchayats is incomplete (land reportedly acquired in only a portion of the state's panchayats). Marked partial.
We will build auto-rickshaw stands and parking places with charging-point facilities for e-rickshaws and electric vehicles in all cities.
We will establish Town Vending Committees in all cities and create new vending zones.
We will ensure bus facility in all villages through 2,000 new buses.
