Uttar Pradesh Police operates official cyber-crime reporting and cyber police-station infrastructure, including Cyber Crime headquarters, helpline 1930 and published cyber police-station contact lists. However, publicly available official material does not cleanly verify a functioning cyber help desk in every police station. Marked partial.
