Partly delivered. Rural road connectivity continues under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and state rural-road programmes. However, clear official evidence that every village in Uttar Pradesh has been connected to a main road under this promise was not found. Marked partial.
We will build auto-rickshaw stands and parking places with charging-point facilities for e-rickshaws and electric vehicles in all cities.
We will establish Town Vending Committees in all cities and create new vending zones.
We will ensure bus facility in all villages through 2,000 new buses.
