Not confirmed. SHG women in Uttar Pradesh access institutional credit through UPSRLM bank linkages and the BC Sakhi network, but a separately-branded 'Atmanirbhar SHG Credit Card' offering loans up to Rs 1 lakh at minimum rates to about 1 crore women is not documented. Marked pending.
