This is a strong match to MSP-protection intent, though the mechanism is price-deficiency payment rather than ordinary physical procurement. Because soybean procurement support is seasonal and continuing, the verdict is ongoing. Budget: Rs 1,775.53 crore financial implication was approved for the soybean PDPS operation; full final utilisation was not found.
