Go-Samvardhan dung, gomutra and vermicompost plan

The manifesto promised a Go-Samvardhan scheme to buy cow urine and cow dung from farmers and establish vermicompost units in every gram panchayat. Approved sources show adjacent activity: GOBARdhan supports use of cattle dung and biodegradable waste for biogas and bio-slurry, and Madhya Pradesh has policy movement around biofuel projects. Natural-farming promotion also relies on cow dung and cow urine based inputs.
