Strengthen MSP paddy procurement for five years

The manifesto promised to strengthen government paddy procurement at MSP over the next five years. Madhya Pradesh e-Uparjan remains the official state procurement portal, and its public description covers paddy and other crops for MSP-based farmer registration and procurement. NIC describes eUparjan as a procurement system covering both Rabi and Kharif seasons with transparency and timely payments. Because paddy procurement is a recurring seasonal function and the state procurement network is active, the verdict is ongoing. This does not verify the earlier separate price-bonus promise of Rs 3,100 per quintal, which was assessed separately. Budget: MSP procurement involves public spending, but no utilisation statement for the five-year strengthening promise was found.
