The manifesto promised 5,000 new custom hiring centres to make agricultural equipment available to farmers at cheaper rates. The official Madhya Pradesh custom hiring portal is active and carries a 2025-26 notice inviting applications for setting up custom hiring centres in the private sector. This is direct implementation movement for the same mechanism. However, no approved-source evidence was found in this pass that 5,000 new centres have actually been established after the manifesto. The verdict is on_track because the application and rollout channel is active, but the numeric target is not complete. Budget: no allocation or utilisation figure for 5,000 new custom hiring centres was found.
