Rs 12,000 annual support through PM-KISAN and CM Kisan Kalyan

The manifesto promised to continue annual financial assistance of Rs 12,000 to beneficiaries through PM-KISAN and Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana. PM-KISAN officially provides Rs 6,000 per year in three instalments to eligible landholding farmer families. Official Madhya Pradesh reporting before the manifesto stated that the state CM Kisan Kalyan component added Rs 6,000, making the total annual support Rs 12,000, and government reporting also shows state-level approval for disbursement under the scheme. Because the promise is to continue a recurring cash support arrangement and the approved-source evidence shows the scheme structure in place, the verdict is ongoing. This does not assess whether every eligible farmer received every instalment on time, only that the promised annual support architecture exists. Budget: PM-KISAN is a fully central scheme, and state-level disbursement under CM Kisan Kalyan has been sanctioned; no current utilisation audit for all instalments was found in this pass.
