“Strengthening PM-KISAN — provide sustained annual financial assistance to landholding farmer families.”
PM-KISAN support has continued without interruption: the 21st instalment (Rs 2,000) was released on 19 November 2025 (about Rs 18,000 crore to ~9 crore farmers) and the 22nd instalment on 13 March 2026; cumulative direct transfers have crossed Rs 3.7 lakh crore to over 11 crore farmer families. The promise to sustain support is being met. Confidence is set to medium because the annual benefit remains Rs 6,000 — unchanged from earlier years — so this reflects continuation rather than an enhancement in the amount transferred.
22nd PM-KISAN installment (~Rs 18,640 crore) disbursed to over 9 crore farmers via DBT, with annual e-KYC made mandatory.
