Develop and implement robust cyber security policies

India cyber-security architecture is being strengthened through CERT-In (with expanded directions and incident-reporting requirements), sectoral CERTs, the National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Centre (NCIIPC), the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) and cyber-security audits extended to sectors including MSMEs. However, a comprehensive new National Cyber Security Strategy/Policy - long under preparation - has not been formally released, so the policy framework is being built incrementally rather than through a single completed policy.
