Our Assessment
The 2025–26 budget provides for Medicity-type specialist services in Surat, Rajkot and Bhavnagar. This is relevant investment under other funding heads. Reviewed records do not establish three newly operational Medicities providing the complete promised combination of air ambulance, tele-surgery, cardiology, neurology and oncology. A specialist hospital department or budget provision is not by itself a completed full-scope Medicity.
