Our Assessment
Ni-kshay Poshan Yojana provides ₹1,000 per month during TB treatment under the revised national benefit. Gujarat's state-reported 2025 data record ₹49.10 crore disbursed to 92,921 patients. This is delivery of the promised benefit through another programme, so the payment-policy commitment is fulfilled.
