Our Assessment

The NHM's 2024 review documents public-health training and a healthcare leadership programme in Gujarat, alongside planned mental-health assessment training for community health officers. It also found uneven completion of primary-care training between Vadodara and Kachchh. This supports relevant skill development, but statewide coverage, nurse-practitioner competency and completed training outcomes are not established. A training plan is not counted as completed training.
