Gujarat recorded 24,11,371 eSanjeevani consultations in 2024–25, with 1,737 operational hubs and 9,135 spokes reported in August 2025. Tele-MANAS adds functioning mental-health counselling. This establishes substantial remote-care delivery. It does not verify the complete promised combination of tele-therapy, designated Tele Desks and convenient rural medicine delivery. Digital consultation counts alone cannot establish successful treatment or fulfilment of every component.
