What does this status mean?
Meaningful delivery has occurred, but the stated commitment is incomplete.
Status describes delivery. Confidence describes how strong the available evidence is.
Original manifesto wording
“We will set up 5 additional Advanced Life-Saving (ALS) Mobile Medical Units in each district to provide quality health services and doorstep distribution of medicine in rural, remote and tribal areas.”
Our Assessment
Gujarat added mobile health vehicles for remote and tribal areas in June 2026, including two-wheelers and nine vans. This expands access, but these vehicles are described as primary-care units and cannot automatically be counted as Advanced Life-Saving units. A district-wise addition of five suitably equipped ALS mobile medical units, together with doorstep medicine services, has not been verified.
The reasoning behind the verdict
Why this assessment?
Reviewed
01 · Delivery status
Why partially done?
Mobile healthcare has expanded; five additional ALS-capable units in each district remain unverified.
02 · Strength of evidence
Why medium confidence?
Identifiable delivery or administrative action is documented, but full scope or coverage remains unverified.
What would help us reassess?
