Establish a temple-tourism circuit in Goa

Fulfilled. Goa Tourism established and promotes the Ekadasha Teertha temple circuit, connecting 11 important spiritual centres across the state. The circuit is positioned as a core regenerative and spiritual-tourism initiative highlighting Goa's active religious traditions, cultural identity and temple heritage. The Government and GTDC have also undertaken visitor-infrastructure improvements around several temples and other religious sites, including walkways, lighting, parking and sanitation amenities. Since the commitment was to establish a temple circuit rather than achieve a specified visitor target, the operational 11-temple circuit fulfils it. Status fulfilled.
