Partial. The commitment requires renovation and restoration of forts and historically significant monuments across Goa rather than work at only one location. In March 2025, the Government reported that restoration inside Corjuem Fort was almost 90 percent complete, while core restoration was approximately 85 percent complete and external works including pathways, parking, toilets, reception and an amphitheatre remained. Goa Budget 2025-26 stated that conservation of Sankhalim and Corjuem forts would be completed during the year. It also provided project-specific allocations of Rs 4 crore for Colvale Fort, Rs 3 crore for Chapora Fort, Rs 10 crore for Cabo de Rama Fort and Rs 5 crore for Mormugao Fort, in addition to other monuments and heritage circuits. These actions demonstrate substantial multi-site restoration and dedicated funding. However, several projects remain planned or incomplete, and no approved source confirms restoration of forts and monuments throughout the state at the broad scale implied by the manifesto. Status partial.
