On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to set up 100 electric vehicle charging stations across Goa. Goa Electric Mobility Promotion Policy 2021 set charging-infrastructure goals, including charging-station spacing norms on highways and within city limits. Goa Budget 2024-25 earmarked Rs 25 crore for electric-vehicle subsidy and EV-related infrastructure, and Goa Budget 2025-26 proposed 50% subsidy towards high-tension electricity connection cost for charging stations. Times of India also reported Tata Power's plan to add at least 100 more EV chargers in Goa, after already operating 50 EV charging points. This confirms concrete policy, budget and private-sector movement, but approved sources found do not confirm that 100 promised charging stations have been fully set up across the state. Status on_track.
