Pending. The promise requires an additional annual Goa-supported payment of Rs 2,000 for existing PM-KISAN beneficiaries and also extends the intended benefit to other agriculturists in the state. Equivalent delivery under another scheme name would count if the same annual financial benefit reached substantially the same beneficiary population. The current Directorate of Agriculture Citizen Charter continues to list PM-KISAN as a Central Government scheme providing Rs 6,000 annually to eligible landholding farmer families. The 2026 Governor's Address similarly reports that 6,414 farmers benefited from the Rs 6,000 annual Central payment. No approved source found confirms an additional Rs 2,000 annual payment funded by Goa, a notification creating such a top-up, or equivalent coverage for agriculturists outside PM-KISAN eligibility. Status pending.
