Our Assessment

On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to provide connectivity and product-evacuation infrastructure in all 23 industrial estates of Goa. Goa Industrial Development Corporation official material confirms 23 industrial estates across Goa. ETInfra/PTI reported in February 2025 that Goa-IDC approved infrastructure projects worth over Rs 100 crore to enhance facilities within industrial estates and strengthen industrial infrastructure. This confirms budgeted industrial-estate infrastructure movement, but approved sources found do not prove that connectivity and product-evacuation infrastructure has been completed in all 23 estates.
