Official project records confirm individual beautification and landscaping works, including development of a municipal garden and open space at Valpoi. However, isolated municipal, constituency or tourism works are not equivalent to a statewide plan covering Goa's villages. No approved source found confirms notification of a Goa Beautification Plan, a village-wise implementation framework, a common funding programme or tender conditions reserving or preferring work for Goa-based landscaping businesses. We will convert all diesel buses into CNG buses to improve public trans-port facilities in the state and reduce vehicular pollution within a year.
We will incentivise public transport shuttles from the nearest bus sta-tions to the major religious centres of Goa to ease travel for devotees.
We will operationalize Aerocity at Mopa including the state of the art business & convention center to promote business tourism in the state.
