Pending. The measurable commitment is to increase the cattle-feed subsidy available to dairy farmers, not merely to continue an existing milk-production incentive scheme. The pre-election Animal Husbandry Citizen Charter recorded a composite incentive of 40 percent, including a 32.28 percent milk incentive and a 7.72 percent cattle-feed subsidy. The current Revised Scheme for Incentives to Milk Producers continues to publish the same 7.72 percent cattle-feed component. The 2024-25 Annual Administration Report confirms substantial post-election payments under the composite milk-producer incentive, but it also records the cattle-feed component at the same rate. Continued payment of the existing subsidy supports dairy farmers but does not fulfil the specific promise to increase it. No approved notification, amendment or higher statewide cattle-feed subsidy rate was found. Status pending.
