The commitment requires construction of a visitor attraction containing an underwater tunnel aquarium or marine zoo through a public-private partnership or an equivalent completed delivery model. No approved post-election source found confirms a sanctioned Goa Marine Planet project, identified site, DPR, environmental clearance, PPP request for qualification, concessionaire, tender, construction contract or physical work. The Union Ministry of Earth Sciences is developing a Polar and Ocean Museum at NCPOR in Vasco, expected to become operational by 2027. That facility concerns scientific research and public outreach and is not an underwater tunnel aquarium, marine zoo or Goa Tourism PPP attraction. Existing public or private aquariums without the promised tunnel and project scale are also not equivalent. Status pending.
We will convert all diesel buses into CNG buses to improve public trans-port facilities in the state and reduce vehicular pollution within a year.
We will roll out the Goa Beautification Plan and tenders to Goan land-scaping businesses to beautify Goa's villages.
We will incentivise public transport shuttles from the nearest bus sta-tions to the major religious centres of Goa to ease travel for devotees.
