Obtain GI recognition for Mankurad, Mangelar and Mussarat mangoes

Fulfilled. This is retained as one combined promise because it concerns the same GI-recognition effort for three named Goan mango varieties. The Geographical Indications Registry records Goa Mankurad Mango as registered with effect from August 1, 2023. It also records Goa Hilario Mango, identified by the Registry as Manghilar or Mangilar/Mangilal and corresponding substantively to the manifesto's Mangelar variety, as registered on December 30, 2025. Goa Mussarat Mango, also identified as Monserrate or Musharad, was registered on the same date. The 2026 Governor's Address also officially recorded Goa Hilario Mango and Goa Mussarad Mango among Goa's newly registered GI products. Since all three named mango varieties have received GI recognition, the promise is fulfilled.
