“We will establish a mobile application to provide farmers with a compre-hensive and expeditious grievance redressal system, filing insurance claims and market linkage.”
On track, but not fulfilled. The commitment is retained as one promise because grievance redressal, insurance claims and market linkage are specified as functions of a single farmer application. The Goa State Amritkal Agriculture Policy 2025 formally provides for the development and launch of mobile applications for farm information and agricultural services. It also provides for a comprehensive one-stop digital platform covering applications, tracking and grievance redressal, and for ICT-enabled mobile and online platforms connecting farmers with buyers, processors and retailers. These are concrete policy commitments closely matching the proposed application. However, no approved source found confirms that an integrated application has been launched and made operational. The available policy also does not confirm a facility for filing crop-insurance claims through the app. Status on_track.
