“We will build Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs) in every municipal corporation of Goa to ensure that the urban poor of the state have access to affordable quality housing, and we will also ensure that projects under PMAY Urban will be completed on a fast track mission mode.”
Fulfilled for the PMAY Urban completion component. The promise is to ensure that PMAY Urban projects are completed on fast-track mission mode. PMAY-Urban state-wise progress as on 2026-06-15 records Goa with 3,177 houses sanctioned, 3,177 grounded and 3,177 construction completed, with central assistance committed and released at Rs 74.87 crore. This confirms full completion of Goa's recorded PMAY-U/PMAY-U 2.0 housing count in the official progress sheet. This does not verify the separate ARHC promise, which is tracked separately.
PMAY-U state-wise progress recorded Goa with 3,177 sanctioned, 3,177 grounded and 3,177 completed houses.
