PMAY-Urban official material confirms ARHCs as a sub-scheme for affordable rental housing for urban migrants and the urban poor. However, no approved Goa government, PMAY-U, municipal or reliable implementation source found confirms that ARHCs were built in Goa after the 2022 promise, including within the Corporation of the City of Panaji.
