Pending. The manifesto table promised completion of the Panaji to Karnataka via Mollem road project, listed as 62 km and Rs 7,000 crore. Times of India reported in January 2022 that Rs 7,000 crore worth of road work from Panaji to Karnataka via Mollem would be taken up from 2022. However, a 2026 Times of India report still described Goa PWD projects worth Rs 7,076.9 crore as submitted to the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, including four-laning at the Goa-Karnataka border/Mollem section costing Rs 2,497 crore. No approved source found confirms completion of the full Panaji-Karnataka via Mollem project. Status pending.
