Pending. The promise contains a specific financial mechanism and amount: establishment of a Rs 100 crore fund for expanding cold-storage capacity. The Goa State Amritkal Agriculture Policy 2025 proposes cold storage, cool chambers, reefer vehicles and at least one state-subsidised central cold-storage unit in each of Goa's 12 talukas. It also encourages public-private partnerships and investor incentives. These are relevant future policy proposals but do not establish the promised fund.
