Pending. The promise is to build 20 cold-storage facilities across Goa. Directorate of Agriculture Citizen Charter 2026 provides credit-linked subsidy support for cold storage construction, expansion and modernization under horticulture/post-harvest management. Goa State Amritkal Agriculture Policy 2025 proposes storage infrastructure, central cold-storage units in each of Goa's 12 talukas, and cold storage for horticulture/export infrastructure. A Rajya Sabha answer recorded 29 cold storages in Goa as on 31 March 2024, but that stock figure does not prove that 20 new facilities were built after the 2022 promise, and the same answer's 2022-23 to 2024-25 sanctioned-project table does not list Goa among cold-storage projects sanctioned under PMKSY/MIDH/NHB. Status pending.
