Fulfilled by substance. Goa Tourism organises the annual Spirit of Goa Festival, in which Feni and other local spirits are a major featured component. The festival enables visitors to learn about traditional Feni distillation, sample different varieties, participate in beverage and mixology experiences and understand Feni's cultural and economic importance. The Spirit of Goa Festival was officially conducted from May 17 to 19, 2024 and remains part of the annual festival calendar, generally in April. The event name and precise month differ from the manifesto, but the core commitment, an organised tourism festival promoting Feni and beverage-related experiences, has been delivered. Status fulfilled.
