Mixed delivery. The government has acted on several of the named cases, though largely through existing agencies rather than a single dedicated SIT as worded. In the classroom-construction case the Delhi Police Anti-Corruption Branch registered a case against former ministers (April 2025) and the Enforcement Directorate conducted raids (June 2025), after the President cleared an FIR (March 2025). The Delhi Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee took up the CAG report on the AAP excise policy (February 2025), and the Mohalla Clinic "fake tests" allegations are under a CBI probe. However, there is no clear confirmation that a formally constituted, dedicated SIT covering DTC, Mohalla Clinic, classroom, excise and Jal Board collectively was set up; the DTC and Jal Board strands are less advanced. All matters remain allegations under investigation. Marked partial.
