Our Assessment
Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 guidelines allow states, districts and DMs to mobilize individuals, companies, business houses, institutions and CSR funds for Anganwadi construction and activity support. This matches part of the objective, but I did not verify a Uttarakhand-branded Adopt an Anganwadi campaign with citizen participation data. Budget status: CSR/convergence route exists, but no state campaign allocation found.
