The promise is an operational Delhi-Palwal RRTS service. The 2025-26 Haryana Budget states that a study was underway for a Ballabhgarh-Palwal metro line, which is only a southern extension and not the promised full Delhi-Palwal RRTS. The 2026-27 Budget lists approved Delhi-Bawal and Delhi-Karnal RRTS corridors but does not record approval of a Delhi-Palwal RRTS. No service or construction milestone matching the full promise was verified.
