Our Assessment
Partly addressed through existing channels. Free or subsidised diagnostics are available to eligible poor patients through AB-PMJAY / Ayushman Vay Vandana and the city’s Ayushman Arogya Mandirs, and the dialysis expansion explicitly offers subsidised rates to non-EWS patients. However, a distinct, separately-notified "subsidised diagnostics for all poor families" scheme has not been identified as of the research date. Marked partial.
