Not confirmed. The promise was to set up an SIT under a retired Delhi High Court judge for a time-bound investigation of the "Sheeshmahal" matter (the renovation of the former Chief Minister’s residence). The CAG report on the renovation was among those tabled in the first Assembly session, but there is no confirmation that the specific retired-judge SIT was constituted as of the research date.
