Our Assessment
The School Education Department issued a memo (Memo No. ESE02-13021, dated 9 January 2025) recognising the difficulties of GO 117 and bringing classes 3-5 back from high schools to primary schools, with Model Primary Schools planned in each Gram Panchayat. Reversal under way; an approved/government-domain citation is to be attached.
