Our Assessment
Devprayag has the Shri Raghunath Kirti Campus of Central Sanskrit University, established/taken over in 2016, but I did not find approved evidence of a new Valmiki Research Centre at the Devprayag Sanskrit campus after the 2022 manifesto. Existing Sanskrit campus/research activity is not the same as a dedicated Valmiki Research Centre. No centre-specific order, page, inauguration or budget found. Budget: No promise-specific allocation found.
