Uttarakhand Sanskrit University lists a Certificate in Sanskrit and the state has launched model Sanskrit villages, but I did not verify a three-level spoken Sanskrit certification programme. Spoken Sanskrit promotion is real, but the exact three-level certification structure is not verified. Budget: University/course and Sanskrit-promotion activity exists; no three-level programme allocation isolated.

In order to promote Uttarakhand's folk instrumentalists, we will provide them with a monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
We will fully fund the education of all those students enrolled in classical dance and music courses.
