Uttarakhand Sanskrit University has a Department of Veda and MA in Ved, but I did not verify expansion into a separate School of Veda Pathanam. The underlying Veda department/course exists; the promised institutional upgrade is not verified. Budget: University course/department operations exist; no School of Veda Pathanam allocation found.
