PRS records Kedarkhand Mala Mission infrastructure development in major Panch Kedar temples, but I did not verify equivalent Panch Badri cluster rejuvenation or completed state-of-the-art transport/civil infrastructure. Kedarkhand/Panch Kedar progress is real, but the full Panch Badri + Panch Kedar promise is not completely evidenced.
